The total investment cost for the development of the two hotels named Sharm Dreams and Fayrouz Resorts reached EGP300m, Chairperson of Sharm Dreams Group, Hamada Abo El Enein
told Daily News Egypt.
Abo El Enein added that the development period will take between a year and a year and half.
On Thursday, Jaz Hotel Group announced the signing of two management agreements for “Sharm Dreams Resort” and “Al Fayrouz Resort” owned by Sharm Dreams for Touristic Investment and Rowad Misr for Tourist Investment, respectively.
Sharm Dreams Group is a real estate and tourist developer with an existing portfolio of six hotels and resorts, located in different tourist destinations across Egypt.
