Applying the principle of happiness by design, leading real estate Developer Mountain View launched the “Happiness Project”, which aims to change the stereotype of workplaces.
The project aims to transform workplaces into happy and exhilarating spaces that create a comfortable and more productive environment for its employees and business partners.
Speaking about how companies can change their workplaces, Mountain View CEO Amr Soliman told Daily News Egypt that the world has to adopt new designs, not just modern and art nouveau.
He said that the happiness project based on several steps need to be followed, explaining that these steps are designed to gather workplaces together.
He asserted that using the happiness of design concepts will be more effective on people, so people would be willing to transfer their life from virtual life to real life.
Art nouveau is an ornamental style of art that flourished between about 1890 and 1910 throughout Europe and USA. It is characterised by its use of a long, sinuous, organic line, and was employed most often in architecture, interior design, jewellery and glass design, posters, and illustration.
