Egypt Post launches ‘Win’ customer loyalty programme

Ahmed Mansour, Secretary-General of Egypt Post, has launched the authority’s first customer loyalty programme, called “Win”, in cooperation with Cairo-based loyalty solutions provider Dsquares.

He said in a press conference on Tuesday, that Egypt Post has developed many of its services and transformed them into digital services in line with the increase in demand for digital services due to the Coronavirus pandemic, especially that the Post has a wide base of customers reaching 20 million customers.

He explained that the loyalty program helps Egypt Post in achieving financial inclusion and digital transformation, because the greater the use of digital services, the greater the chances of customers to obtain rewards through the Win program and thus help in achieving digital transformation and financial inclusion, pointing to linking the win loyalty program to the Yala application, which was recently launched by Post.

According to Mansour, the win loyalty program will contribute to increasing the number of postal customers and increasing their interaction with the services provided by the National Post Authority.

Mansour explained that the Post aims to offer the largest loyalty program in Egypt through the largest network of stores that will be linked through the Win program, exceeding 150,000 merchants.

A number of e-commerce sites will also be linked to the Win programme, which will be linked to the Yala application.

Marwan Kenawy, CEO of Dsquares, said that the company runs many loyalty programs in more than 70 countries around the world for a number of major companies.

He explained that the company will provide digital and marketing solutions for the Win programme, and the program’s services are summarized that whenever the customer uses mail services, he gets points through the Win program for customers to spend through the outlets of the win partner merchants.
