Egypt’s real estate developer Paragon Developments managed to complete sell 50% of its second project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Paragon 2, after completely selling out the first Paragon, Chairperson Mohamed Bedeir said.
Bedeir noted that the company has 35 years of experience in all fields of development, construction, engineering, architectural consultancy, project management, innovation in designs for administrative and commercial buildings, hotels, and tourist resorts in Europe, the US, and the GCC.
Furthermore, the company has diversified its fields and investment portfolio and has achieved multiple successes for establishing distinguished buildings in these countries. Consequently, the company has decided to employ all these experiences and successes in Egypt.
The company chose the NAC to be their starting point for launching the company’s projects in Egypt given it is one of the most important national projects ever and will be one of the most important smart cities in the world, he explained.
Bedeir noted that the Paragon 2 project obtained the Golden LED certificate for sustainable buildings that are environmentally friendly, and it is an extension of the success of the company’s first project, Paragon. The first Paragon project received the Silver LED certificate for sustainable buildings, and it is a smart, environmentally friendly administrative building in the heart of Central Business District.
Paragon 2 spans an area of 32,000 sqm and consists of seven floors containing various workspaces that are environmentally friendly and encourage productivity. The building is built according to the latest international standards for ventilation, lighting, air quality control, and the use of energy-saving building materials.
Bedeir also pointed out that the “Paragon and Paragon 2 projects were designed to create an integrated administrative community through a number of qualified and diverse spaces that help companies conduct conferences, workshops, seminars, training courses, or venues to carry out their business in a safe environment equipped with the best services and spaces that meet all their needs.”
