At least two soldiers were reported dead and five other injured in an attack in North Sinai on Thursday evening.
According to local media reports, the attack took place in Al-Arish, after a road bomb exploded under their vehicle.
Despite repeated reports of attacks in North Sinai, the military spokesperson has not made any statements. On the other hand, the military regularly reports on counter-terrorism operations in the peninsula, claiming the killing of hundreds of terrorists.
