CAIRO: Saudi club Nasr will pay the remainder of Hossam Ghaly s price in May, head of the club s foreign players committee Amer Al-Silham announced.
The Egyptian midfielder moved to Nasr from Tottenham Hotspur in January for a three-year deal worth £1.6. However, Nasr only paid £600 for the player so far.
A sum of £1 million will be transferred to Tottenham s account on May 15, Al-Silham told Al-Iqtisadiyah newspaper.
Spurs have recently contacted Nasr via FIFA demanding the financial conclusion of Ghaly s deal.
Ghaly played for Spurs between 2006 and 2009, before his career at the London club was hampered by a shirt-throwing incident after being substituted in a league game.
