AFP- Doctors, supporters of ousted Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi, demonstrate on 7 September  2013 on the Paris Droits de l’Homme (Human rights) esplanade at the Trocadero, to ask for freedom for doctors in Egypt and denounce the silence about the last killings. Morsi was ousted by the military on 3 July after popular protests against his single year of turbulent rule. He is being held at an unknown location. Since then Egypt’s new authorities have arrested much of the Brotherhood leadership, including its supreme guide, and more than 2,000 members, disrupting the group’s ability to mobilise supporters. At background, the Eiffel Tower.
