The European personal car market in Egypt registered EGP 6.5bn in sales out of the approximately EGP 28bn in the personal cars market through the first 10 months of 2015.
A total of 33,300 European cars were sold out of the 163,700 units the market registered.
The Renault Logan remained in first place with most European cars most in Egypt, at 7,738 units worth EGP 711m. The Logan replaced the Skoda Octavia, which topped the list during the same period in 2014 but lost its place this year, selling 4,918 units worth EGP 933m in the first 10 months of 2015.
The Renault Stepway came third, pushing the Renault Fluence to fourth place. Stepway was able to register sales worth EGP 322m with 2,561 units sold.
