Zamalek lift ban on Hassan, Ricardo

CAIRO: Zamalek have ended the suspension f Osama Hassan and Ricardo Alves, leaving only two players still serving internal suspension.

The suspension of Hassan and Ricardo has been terminated upon showing commitment in individual training, football director Ahmed Refaat told Zamalek s official website.

Both players are now set to rejoin the first team training, in preparation for league game against Harras Al-Hodoud.

Veteran midfielder and Zamalek s third captain Mohamed Aboul-Ella was the first to be pardoned.

With the trio back to action, only Gamal Hamza and Wissem Abdi remain suspended for not showing enough discipline.

All five players were suspended indefinitely as a disciplinary measure.

They were training individually under trainer Momen Soliman.

Skipper Ayman Abdel-Aziz has returned to training for the first time since he was injured.

The 30-year-old midfielder had twisted his ankle and was sidelined for about three weeks.

According to doctor Mostafa Al-Muniri, Abdel-Aziz is fit to feature in Al-Hodoud encounter.

Junior Agogo has arrived in Cairo after spending a brief vacation in England.

The Ghanaian international striker has been handed a three-match suspension by the Egyptian Football Association for improper conduct.
