ISMAILIYA: Ismaili are yet to decide on where to resume their home league matches as Ismailia Stadium will be closed for renovations ahead of the U-20 World Cup.

The Dervishes will not be able to play at their stadium beyond this month, just like Alexandria-based club Ittihad, Port Said side Masri and Cairo duo Ahly and Zamalek.

Ismaili is now considering several alternatives but are yet to decide on the best option.

In such cases, we always play at Al-Qanah Stadium, which is also located in Ismailiya, but its state is very poor now, Ismaili board member Walid Al-Kilani told FilGoal.com.

We may hold our matches at ENPPI s Petrosport in Cairo. Things should be clear in the next few days.

Egypt will host the FIFA U-20 World Cup, which kicks off in September.

Ismaili, who aim to win the Egyptian Premier League title for the first time since 2002, are third in the table on 38 points, just four adrift of leaders and defending champions Ahly, who played a game more.
