Member of the Board and Deputy Managing Director of Piraeus Bank, and Deputy Chairman of Delta Securities, Son of the late Mohamed Golam Dastgir, Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Bangladesh, and the late Mrs. Raushanara Dastgir, Husband of Mrs. Beverly Miller-Dastgir, Has passed on Friday, Jan. 12, 2007. He is survived by his siblings Roquaba, Fedae and Fazle Dastgir, nephews Nasr and Amer Dastgir, and nieces Nevine Sultana and Shayda Dastgir. Funeral prayer will be held at noon on Monday, Jan. 15, 2007 at Mostafa Mahmoud Mosque. The Family will receive condolences in the evening at Police (Shorta) Mosque, Salah Salem St., Abbasseya.
