Adsero – Ragy Soliman & Partners announced that seasoned litigator Osman Mowafy joined the firm as a co-founding partner to lead the firm’s dispute resolution practice group.
Mowafy’s practice extended over 30 years and focused primarily on representing clients on commercial litigation and arbitration matters. He represented large corporations and industry leaders on high stake complex commercial litigations. He also represented executives of local and multinational corporations on white-collar crimes litigations and investigations. He is licensed to practice before the highest courts in Egypt, the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Constitutional Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and the Cairo Regional Centre of International Commercial Arbitration.
