Qalaa Holdings (CCAP.CA on the Egyptian Exchange) has selected Ghada Hammouda, Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer in the company, in the Forbes magazine’s list of the 50 most important and influential leaders in the field of marketing and communication in the Middle East, in recognition of its concerted efforts in this field, and its experience spanning more than 35 years in many economic sectors.
Hammouda expressed her pride in being chosen as one of the most influential leaders in marketing and communication in the entire Middle East.
She explained that the success and continuity of growth of any organisation does not depend only on the quality of the product or service provided, where strategic planning and brand management play a pivotal role in attracting permanent clients and overcoming crises as well as ensuring the sustainability of this success.
Hammouda was chosen on the Forbes list among 22 women and 8 of the most prominent Egyptian leaders in field of marketing and communication. Hammouda is the only leading personality representing the investment sector, which is characterised by many challenges and low representation of women, due to her success in promoting success story and business model of the Qalaa Holdings.
Hammouda has also succeeded in pushing to integrate sustainability standards and align the company’s activities and practices with international sustainable development initiatives, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and initiatives to address climate change and reduce carbon emissions.
