Master Group Development is approaching completing its construction target in The City Project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), estimated at 65% of the total project, and is planning to launch a new phase with different privileges to meet the needs of its clients.
In a field tour for journalists and clients on Sunday, Master Group’s Vice Chairman Mostafa Lashin stated that the work in the project has been progressing swiftly during the past three months in order to reach record building rates, in accordance with the company’s plan to complete the entire project in record time as well as prove the company’s seriousness and commitment with its clients and its keenness to complete the project in a short time according to the time rates set for it.
The City Project spans over 54 feddans in the NAC’s R7 with total investments worth EGP 4.5bn.
“During the past months, the company has restructured and hired qualified personnel in order to develop performance and make new plans for the company’s work during the next phase to achieve the highest performance rates in the market and follow up the implementation of the company’s strategic plans for its other projects, which will be announced later,” Lashin added.
For his part, Chief Commercial Officer Ahmed Taher noted that they have developed new plans and strategies for the company’s work after extensive study and research for the market to enhance competition and confidence among clients.
“The company is currently preparing to launch a new phase of the project within days that comprises a number of more diverse units in terms of spaces for a new real estate product in a way that directly benefits investors and end users, after the company reached the targeted construction in accordance with the plan set by Master Group and new customers’ desire to buy,” Taher said.
