Egypt’s real estate company Archplan Developments announced that it has sold out the “Il Cuore Verde” project in the New Administrative Capital.
Built on an area of 3,400 sqm, the project was designed and developed with the idea of urban forest ecosystem, in cooperation with architect Stefano Boeri who designed Bosco Verticale towers in Milan, Italy.
In a press conference on Sunday, the company’s board member Shady El-Zeiny disclosed that the Il Cuore Verde project offers administrative properties only. He added that the project’s built-up area reached 30% of its total area, while green spaces and facilities occupy 70%. The project depends on solar energy and smart control for lighting and heat, which makes it environmentally friendly.
CEO of Archplan Developments, Ahmed Ayman Ashour, said that the company has completed 60% of the project’s construction works, and will finalise the external structure of the project next month.
Archplan operates in several Arab countries, namely Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates. Since its inception, the company has developed more than 1,500 projects. Around 250 experts and specialists in urban planning work in the company.
