El Gumhouria for Urban Development has announced opening a new branch in Mansoura city, as part of its expansion plan which includes other major cities.
The company’s Chairperson Ahmed Al-Sahtari said that this opening is a first step for expansion and spread within many governorates of Egypt, noting that this branch will not be the only one in the Delta governorates.
He added the company intends to invest in projects in new cities such as New Mansoura, New Damietta, and New Administrative Capital.
He noted that the company has offered El Gumhouria Tower in New Capital’s downtown area. The tower consists of medical, administrative, and commercial units, and it is the first tower that has a drive-thru service. In addition, he announced the establishment of new projects in El Shorouk and 6th of October cities.
