Nissan Motors Egypt opens 42nd branch in cooperation with El Sabaa automotive

This cooperation is within the framework of Nissan’s strategy to expand its service centres in order to cover the country while committing to offer the best after-sale services to its customers.

The new centre is located on 650sqm and is comprised of two floors to offer quick maintenance services and mechanical works.

The new branch is designed to provide comfort to customers. It has free Wi-Fi, a high-level waiting lounge, and a special corner dedicated to serving businesses in order to help customers take advantage from the waiting time during the maintenance of their units.

“We always care about our customers and always consider them a priority; so today, we open a new centre that takes into account the highest standards to be offered to Nissan’s customers,” said Isao Sekiguchi, the chairperson and managing director of Nissan Motors Egypt.

Mohamed Abdel Samad, the general manager of after-sale services in Egypt and North Africa, said that the efforts made by Nissan to offer the best after-sale services possible are clear in the opening of the branch in cooperation with El Sabaa, who is considered a partner in success. He stated that after-sale services are considered a priority at Nissan. “The opening of the new branch is part of the company’s strategy to expand in order to offer outstanding services to all customers of Nissan across Egypt,” he noted.

Alaa El Sabaa, the general manager of El Sabaa Automotive, said that the step is also part of the investment plan of the two companies, with the aim of expanding their after-sale and maintenance services.

He added that the centre is able to serve 36 cars every day. Its total investment value is EGP 5m.

The new branch was opened in the presence of several officials from the two companies. It took the number of branches of Nissan to 42, including 21 after-sale service centres. The number of branches opened in cooperation with El Sabaa reached seven.
