CAIRO: Zamalek are set to make a fresh appeal against the Egyptian FA’s ruling in the infamous Geddo transfer saga.
Zamalek protested against the fine imposed against the Egypt striker, who penned a contract with the Cairo club before joining Ahly from Ittihad this summer.
While they ask the FA to ban the new Ahly forward, the Whites seem to be determined to escalate the case.
"We will send our appeal on Wednesday and we expect a reply in the space of 14 days," Zamalek spokesman Sabri Serag told FilGoal.com.
"In case the FA didn’t give us our deserved right. We will raise the problem to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)."
Ahly, on the other hand, were hardly satisfied with the FA’s decision to fine Geddo LE 2.2million as well.
