At least 14 people died and 102 were injured early Tuesday morning following a blast that targeted Al-Daqhleya Security Directorate, reported state media.
The bomb caused the building to cave in and injuries included both civilians and police personnel.
The incident garnered much condemnation from local and international institutions.
The attack came two weeks before the referendum on the draft constitution, set to be held on 14 and 15 January.
