The Ministry of Finance has chosen legal consultancy office Dechert LLP to offer $3bn worth of bonds in international markets.
The ministry stated that Dechert LLP had bid least in terms of technical costs.
A government source said that seven global law firms submitted bids.
Earlier, the Ministry of Finance offered a limited bid for selecting an international law firm to provide international consulting services to the legal process of offering US dollar bonds in international markets.
Previously, Dechert LLP had participated as an international consultant for bidding $1.5bn worth of US dollar bonds at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for 10 years at an interest rate of 6%.
The government is seeking to raise dollar-denominated bonds worth $3bn during September or October.
