ISMAILIA: Ismaili announced on Monday that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled in their favor in the contractual dispute with the French side Strasbourg over Hosni Abd-Rabou.
A source inside the club told FilGoal.com that the 24-year old midfielder will remain with Ismaili and his contract with Strasbourg will be terminated.
The CAS also stated that the French side should refund the ?500,000 Ismaili paid to get Abd-Rabou on permanent basis.
However, the international midfielder has been fined ?420,000 for signing contracts with two clubs, Ahly and Ismaili.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian Football Association General Secretary Salah Hosni said that he hasn t received any official notifications of that decision.
