Moreover, Mansoor Ahmed, Colliers International’s director for development solutions, healthcare, education, and public private partnership (PPP) in the Middle East and North Africa, said that the most popular hotspots for vacation homes are the Red Sea, South Sinai, the North Coast, and Ain Sokhna. While Ain Sokhna, the North Coast, and the Red Sea have always been popular, South Sinai has the most vacation homes under construction.
Samy Al-Quraini, chairperson of Yafa Mac Touristic Co., said that the North Coast has become more attractive to the holidaymakers than any other areas that were superior to them, and most people are heading there due to it suiting the middle class and being less expensive than going to Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada and staying in 5 or 4-star hotels.
Al-Quraini believes that the problems of the North Coast are almost non-existent, especially after the provision of all facilities, in addition to the growing interest of investors and pumping capital in the past period.

Arabia Real Estate and Development (ARCO) launched the Lagoon project located on the North Coast, consisting of 792 units divided in 33 buildings on an area of 33 feddans. It will be located near the city of Al-Alamein.
Furthermore, it will launch a new signature project in the North Coast. The project will have new designs. ARCO will innovate a new design of 85sqm chalets that are so close to the lagoon they will give the image of floating on it. Each of those chalets has a garden in front of it. FC Barcelona star Neymar will lend his name to the Neymar signature homes on the lagoon at City Stars Sahel.
The new phase of City Stars Sahel includes a lagoon, 480,000sqm in size, that will be surrounded by 130 villas, both separate and stand alone.
