The Engineering Export Council of Egypt will organise a trade mission to Ethiopia from 19-22 November, with the participation of 15 Egyptian companies in five sectors: electrical industries; automotive components; machinery and equipment; metal forming and agricultural machinery.
The council said in press statement that during the mission’s visit, 100 Ethiopian companies will meet Egyptian ones.
The statement added that the visit will be attended by a representative of the ministry, in cooperation with the Egyptian Exporters Association and in cooperation with Banque Misr, which provides financing solutions for Egyptian and Ethiopian companies.
The mission aims to link Egyptian manufacturers with their counterparts in Ethiopia to boost Egypt’s exports.
