Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi issued presidential decree number 506 for 2018 approving the allocation of 891.21 feddan for state-owned land in Cairo for the armed forces.
According to the decree, which was published on Thursday in the Official Gazette, all the coordinates, areas, and dimensions of the land, which are mentioned in the presidential decree will be submitted to the concerned notary public office.
The new decree of land allocation was contingent upon previous decisions by the president and the prime minister to establish an investment zone for the Cairo Airport Company close to the airport.
Moreover, Al-Sisi accepted an agreement allowing Egypt to receive a new KD 17m loan and 500,000 from Kuwait as part of Sinai’s development project.
