IC Group launches Souq El-Dahab project in New Capital

IC Group has launched the Souq El-Dahab (Gold Market) project in the New Administrative Capital, on an area of 8,300 sqm.

The company said that the project targets gold shops and international brands in gold and diamonds, and the project includes 120 stores with various sizes.

The company targets marketing the project within six months with prices ranging between EGP 40,000-80,000 per sqm.

The shops will be sold not leased, and the company seeks transferring all gold shops to one place inside the New Capital.

Meanwhile, the company is now delivering LifeView project – a 10-feddan residential compound – in Shorouk City, east Cairo. The project is being delivered six months before the scheduled time and comprises 26 villas.

Additionally, the company said that the main features of the expansion plan of the company come in the cities of New Mansoura and New Alamein, which is within the framework of the state’s plan to implement new cities outside Cairo to absorb the population increase.
