Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi received a high-level Russian delegation that included Denis Manturov, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, and Mikhail Bogdanov, the Special Representative of the Russian President.
The meeting witnessed the affirmation of mutual keenness between the two sides to continue strengthening bilateral relations in various fields, and pride in the close bilateral relations and historical friendship between the Egyptian and Russian peoples.
During the meeting, Al-Sisi discussed with the Russian delegation the Egyptian-Russian economic relations that are supported by the general framework of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

This contributes to strengthening economic, investment and trade relations between Egypt and Russia, according to Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic.
