Egypt’s Infinity Towers for Urban Development announced on Sunday that its flagship Infinity Tower project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) has reached a significant milestone, with construction work reaching a 55% completion rate, about 100-metre height of total 210 metres.

Infinity Tower has achieved the highest altitude ever attained by a private real estate development company in a mixed-use tower in the New Administrative Capital.

Located in the Central Business District in the New Administrative Capital, Infinity Tower completed building 5-storey underground car parking, the entire commercial floors, and the first phase of administrative typical floors from 11 to 24.

The tower’s operations will commence next year, according to the company’s press release.

“Our company has achieved the highest construction rate for a mixed-use tower in the new administrative capital is the outcome of our commitment to employing cutting-edge construction technologies that are being implemented in Egypt for the first time. These technologies have enabled us to accelerate the pace of construction,” stated Assaad Salama, Managing Director of Infinity Towers for Urban Development.

“The allocation of the second phase of Infinity Tower, comprising 14 floors, as office spaces reflects our swift response to the high demand for this activity, fueled by the continued growth rates of the Egyptian economy, and aligned with the state’s vision for the Central Business District in the New Capital to serve as a hub for major international corporations.

The company initiated constructions of the second phase of the project, which encompasses the 25th to the 40th administrative floors. This phase boasts administrative offices with flexible designs, providing column-free office spaces of up to 1,560 sqm.

The tower includes five underground levels of parking – the largest underground parking lot in Egypt – with a capacity of 800 cars to accommodate the tower’s visitors. It also features 16 elevators to facilitate safe and efficient movement between floors, while adhering to the highest fire safety standards. In addition, there are 28 floors dedicated to administrative offices.
