Q e-markets, a delivery service startup operating in Greater Cairo, announced allowing free subscription to its platform for three months.

Hisham El Safy, CEO and founder of Q e-markets, said the platform allows its customers to purchase all their needs through its online platform and to be delivered for free. This is to ensure customer safety by lessening their presence on the streets and reduce gatherings in a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).

Q e-markets’ boost comes as part of cooperation between the private sector and the state to keep citizens at home as a precaution to reduce the virus spread.

El Safy explained that the company launched an initiative in cooperation with its partners to offer free delivery for three months. The initiative includes grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even pet food stores.

The platform helps its partners market their products online and increase sales through reaching more customers who were unreachable through traditional methods.

“We will continue free delivery for our customers, in cooperation with Servex Shipping Services,” he added.

The platform’s customers can buy their daily groceries and household needs, in addition to various sterilisation and disinfection products and other hygiene items.

Q e-markets brings together all branches of supermarkets and grocery stores across Greater Cairo on a single platform. Customers can purchase their needs at the click of a button for same day delivery.

Customers can order through Android or iOS smartphone application, or the website.
