Tahrir square fills up as marches arrive from various neighbourhoods in Cairo. The focus of the protesters anger is on President Morsy’s recent constitutional declaration and the draft constitution voted on yesterday by the constitutional assembly. Nearby Simon Bolivar square, the scene of recent clashes, remains empty of both protesters and security force.
