M Square Properties, an Intro Group company, announced the launch of its biggest project yet, M Square Gardens, in Fifth Settlement in New Cairo.

The project’s investment amounts to EGP 2bn and consists of villas to be offered at competitive prices. The villas will be delivered by the end of 2019, with options to deliver at the earliest by the end of 2018.

In a press conference held Tuesday, the company said that this is the culmination of more than eight months of market research, including intensive studies into the real estate sector, which were conducted by Coldwell Banker Egypt.

The managing director of Intro Group, Ayman Al-Abbas, said that the idea of the project lies in building three villas on top of one another to offer quality and luxury to the client while also dividing the cost of the land over the three clients. Therefore, middle-class clients can have the chance to own a villa for the first time.

The M Square Gardens project provides about 1,000 jobs directly and indirectly and also focuses on providing a sustainable and environmentally-friendly urban community, thus, landscapes, gardens, and green spaces constitute about 75% of the project area.

The project also offers 950 residential units designed and developed by Hecate Consulting and Property Ltd. in addition to a full range of services, including a community centre, a global health club, a club, a sports multi-purpose stadium, swimming pool, children’s area, retail shops and a variety of brands cafes and restaurants.
