Geely decided to raise the price of Emgrand by EGP 9,000, and Pandino and Pandino X by EGP 3,000 each.
Chery, and its agent in Egypt GB Auto, raised the price of Envy by EGP 7,000 and Tiggo by EGP 9,000.
Brilliance and MG kept their prices unchanged from May through June.
A previous tour across the automotive market showed that the Chinese carmaker Chery raised the prices of Envy by EGP 4,000, bringing up the price to EGP 93,000, while Tiggo’s price was moved up by EGP 8,000 to reach EGP 151,000.
Both carmakers Brilliance and Geely Ghabbour kept their prices fixed in June.
Brilliance had earlier raised the price of V5 by EGP 41,000 to reach EGP 175,000, while Geely raised the price of Emgrand 7 by EGP 12,500, Pandino by EGP 12,000, and X Pandin by EGP 15,000.
