Minister of Communications discusses pumping investments in Egypt with officials of international companies

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Yasser El Kady met with officials of international companies specialized in advanced technological solutions, artificial intelligence and IT services in the outsourcing system as part of the first day of GITEX Dubai 2017.

M E Zaman, CEO of the 6G Digital Group, has been invited to discuss opportunities for cooperation with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector and the various sectors of the government in the field of integrated government services through the provision of advanced technological solutions.

In this context, the Minister reviewed Egypt’s vision for digital transformation and referred to the efforts exerted to attract international investments, the growth witnessed by the Egyptian ICT sector and the group of strategic initiatives implemented by the State to localize and develop technology locally to serve the regional industry and markets.

 

For its part, the company confirmed its desire to be present in the Egyptian ICT sector with huge investments through the presentation of the company’s business plans, which aims to contribute to the provision of technical solutions for integrated government services that contribute to improving the quality of services provided to citizens and integrating them into the electronic system. During the meeting, the company reviewed its technical expertise and innovations in the field of artificial intelligence solutions that supported the digital transformation and economic growth of many governments in the region.

In the same context, the judge met with a number of officials of the company Sutherland Global Services Inc. American global led by K.S Kumar, the chief commercial officer of the company, where they discussed plans to expand the company’s operations in Egypt and increase the number of employees at the company’s headquarters in Egypt, In cooperation with Internal Trade Development Authority (ITIDA) in the technological region of Borg Al Arab city to prepare Egyptian cadres to enter the labour market both within the company and in other companies operating in the same field.
