The introductory meeting aims to review the chamber’s activities during the remainder of the fiscal year along with the most prominent features of its vision for the future. The meeting will also shed the light on the CIT role in aligning with the general vision of the ministry, which seeks to consolidate the position of Egypt’s industry on the global map and move towards the goals of the political leadership.
The project aims to build an information society through which support is provided to research and innovation in advanced technologies as well as to attract investments by global technology companies and provide technical training to build promising generations capable of implementing projects and building a digital Egypt.
The video conference meeting was also attended by Raafat Hendy, the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Infrastructure Affairs.
The technology zone in Beni Suef includes the outsourcing building, the citizen service building, the training building that houses the Faculty of Engineering at Al-Nahda University, and the companies building.
During the meeting, the mechanisms for activating the proposed amendments to Law No. 114 of 1946 regarding the regulation of real estate registration were reviewed as soon as they were approved by the House of Representatives.
