Gulf’s markets post an average 3% increase

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) recovered from a decline last week, increasing by 4.02% in the week of 29 February.

The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) increased by 4.04% while the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) increased by 3.98%. The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) posted an increase of 2.94% while the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) minimally increased by 1.34%.

The slightest increase in the Gulf’s stock markets was recorded in the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), which inched up by 0.3% during the past week.

In the past month, the DFM has increased by 13.48% with the ADX and the QSE following, with an 11.06% and 9.66% increase, respectively. Tadawul increased by 4.87% while KSE posted gains of 4.13%.
