Madbouly inspects ongoing projects at New Capital

Egypt’s Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly visited the New Administrative Capital (NAC), on Wednesday, where he inspected several projects that are currently being implemented.

During the visit, Madbouly undertook an inspection of the national project’s Central Business District, according to state media. He also asserted that the state would continue to implement new services-based projects

The Prime Minister followed up on the preventive and precautionary measures that are being applied to counter the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic inside the workplace. He also highlighted the importance of the continued application of these precautionary measures, to protect workers across the work and production sites.

Officials from the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities briefed Madbouly on the status of construction projects within the Central Business District, which are being built by the Chinese General Structural Engineering Company Limited.

Madbouly also undertook an inspection of the C08 tower, as he reviewed the visual model of the project, as well as annexes of the administrative and residential towers.


He also reviewed the construction process at the NAC’s central garden project, a vast green area which will be used by residents and visitors at the NAC.
